Terms
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Tracr at tracr.tech and through its official bots and accounts (together, “Tracr”). By using Tracr you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
What Tracr is
Tracr is an AI agent that reads public blockchain data and answers questions about it. Answers are produced automatically by a language model working from on-chain data and public address labels, without a person checking them.
Answers can be wrong
On-chain data doesn’t show everything. Exchanges, mixers, bridges and off-chain arrangements break trails, labels can be out of date, data providers can fail, and the model can misread what it sees. Every answer carries a confidence level and the transactions behind it so you can check it. Treat answers as a starting point for your own research, not as fact.
Not financial advice
Nothing Tracr says is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. You are responsible for your own decisions and for what you do with an answer.
Talking about other people
Answers describe what addresses did on public blockchains. An address being linked to another, or to a pattern such as a bundled launch, doesn’t prove who controls it or that anyone did something wrong. Don’t use Tracr to harass, threaten or dox anyone, or present its answers as proof of wrongdoing.
Fair use
Tracr is free to use within daily limits per person, and those limits may change. Don’t try to get around them, overload the service, scrape it in bulk, or use it to break the law. We may block access that does.
Shared answers
Every answer gets its own link so it can be shared. Anyone with the link can read the question and the answer, so don’t put anything in a question that you wouldn’t want others to see.
No warranty
Tracr is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and may be changed, limited or stopped at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on an answer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using Tracr after a change means you accept the new terms.
