The buyback promise

0.4% of every trade is for buying back and burning $TRACR: one dollar in every 6 that reaches Tracr.

This fills in once $TRACR launches and the first fees arrive. It will show what's set aside for buybacks next to what's actually been bought back and burned. Until launch, Tracr pays for the model itself.
